Are you open 24/7?
The clinic is open Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00. Emergencies are seen first during these hours. Please call before you come.
Can I give my pet human medicine on the way?
No. Many human medicines (paracetamol, ibuprofen and others) are toxic to dogs and cats. Call us and we will tell you what is safe to do.
What should I do if I suspect poisoning?
Do not make your pet vomit unless a vet tells you to. Bring the packaging or a sample of the substance and come straight away.
